It's 950 years since 1066 - we re-enacted the events that led up to the Battle of Hastings.
Science Week: we were Nature Detectives and looked at the animals that could live in the school habitat and then we built dens to see what would happen to our ice rabbits.

Enjoying Saxon Day on the warmest September day on record! The Saxons made boats, they dug herb gardens, erected drawbridges to protect their homes and organised fields to keep their sheep in.
Summer Bug Hunt!
Venetian Day, we made gondolas and raced them up and down the Grand Canal that we had made on our desks. We also thought about how Venice was built and tried making our own version.
